I‑sofa sought a solution capable of offering every possible product variant and attribute, while empowering customers to independently configure their chosen item.

Personalizing at scale always presents challenges and requires a shift in how products are presented. Our work began with in‑depth discussions to understand the client’s vision, followed by a detailed needs analysis and proposal of fitting technical solutions.
Planning required us to master realistic fabric rendering on a configurable model. Close collaboration during the material preparation phase ensured we met the desired level of fidelity.
During the development of the configurator logic, our team also integrated with the client’s Shopify store. To overcome Shopify’s native limitations around large variant sets, we built a proprietary solution for dynamic variant creation at the point of purchase.
Our experience allowed us to quickly implement additional enhancements—addressing issues and streamlining workflows—even mid‑project. Deliverables included the user‑facing configurator, an administrative panel, per‑variant pricing controls, a quotation calculator, and full integration with the sales platform, all of which underwent iterative testing throughout implementation.
