Challenge
Purchasing the right water heater previously required direct contact and detailed information gathering from the customer. In response to high interest in solar solutions, there was a need to create a question‑based configurator that automatically matches the device model to the user’s needs.
Our Approach
We began the project by creating interface prototypes driven by the client’s questions. These prototypes formed the basis for designing logical user flows that lead to a tailored outcome. A particular challenge was developing the algorithm to select the optimal final product; this algorithm was built through close collaboration and rigorous testing.
Next, we crafted a clear visual layer and moved into the development phase. Our client enriched the configurator with questions, detailed descriptions, and educational content on the benefits of solar solutions. After extensive testing, we deployed the solution, ensuring it operates intuitively on both desktop and mobile devices.
The final screen presents users with the water‑heater models selected based on their responses and allows them to choose and purchase directly. Thanks to integration with the company’s sales system, selection details are transmitted immediately to customer service, enabling rapid processing of configurator‑generated orders.
